Video production experience

With over a decade of experience in video production, I have honed my skills across a diverse range of mediums. My passion for storytelling was first showcased with "Enduring Motor Neurone Disease," an observational documentary that was selected by the prestigious BBC FRESH platform for emerging talent. I followed up that success with "Talking to Grandma," a thought-provoking blend of observational and archival footage that has garnered recognition at two film festivals in the US, including an opening night selection and finalist in the "Best of Fest" category.

I am grateful to the Evans family for allowing me to share their story and hope it will inspire viewers to appreciate their own blessings and live life to the fullest.

Talking to grandma | Human storytelling which covers a lifetime

Role: Self Shooting Director - Videographer - Video editor

There's a widespread belief that the elderly are dull and uninteresting, but this simply isn't true. With a lifetime of experiences and knowledge, older individuals have much to offer if we simply take the time to listen. Our society has a tendency to prioritize materialistic pursuits over the truly important things in life, like our health and the people around us. By rethinking our priorities and valuing the perspectives of those who have lived long and full lives, we can gain a deeper appreciation for the world and the people in it.
